I am your typical suburban dad, not a celebrity or famous person. I have no entourage, I wear shoes I bought at Costco....the sunglasses I wear I bought at the fair.
Ok, so you get the point. I wanted to surprise my wife and kids with a limo ride to their upcoming girls cruise. I emailed Dennis, he was friendly, had no problem with my special requests, and quoted me a great rate.
He was on time to drop them off at the ship, and right there at pick up. Many of the other places I contacted quoted crazy rates, or really had no interest in a pick up at grandma's house, drop at the cruise ship, and then drop off at the airport. Many did not even respond.
Dennis was awesome. If you are an A-lister, I am sure he can hook you up. If you are an F-lister, like me, he is there for you also.

From the first phone call with Dennis the owner who was friendly and patient, to the final drop off at the front door - our experience with Boyd's Limousine was outstanding. We needed to hire a car for several of us to attend my sister's funeral.
Jerome, the driver, a great outstanding gentleman - cautioned us ladies there is no elegant way to get in and out of a limo. Mom is elderly and Jerome suggested she be the last in / first out so she would not have a tough time maneuvering. Jerome helped carry our things from the house and load them into the trunk. So helpful. So nice.
The car we ordered was for 6. What arrived was a beautiful spacious clean car for 8 or 10 with a fully stocked bar., that included water and sodas and plenty of napkins. We even had touch panel controls for temperature etc.
Jerome gave us his cell phone so we could call him when we were ready to for him to 'come and get us'. He didn't leave us until he was sure our group was properly engaged in the task ahead of us. When we called him, he was 30 seconds away. When I needed something out of the trunk at the restaurant - he ran out and got it. When we got back in the care a third time, once again the bar and glasses were all cleaned up.
When the restaurant started giving us a bad time, he jumped in and made sure the staff 'got it right'.
I've had several 'limo experiences' in the past - Boyd's stands out amongst the rest. I'll be calling them whenever we need a car service or a limo to carry us for the day.
They really took alot of the stress out of a difficult day. Jerome was not only the Limo Driver, he was a gentleman who 'Had Our Backs' . Thank You!!

I used Boyd's for our 6 guy trip to the Rose Bowl.
Dennis promptly replied to my inquiry about a limo and was easy to deal with setting it all up.
Chris was a great driver! First and for most he was right on time, even a bit early. He got us in and out which, with all the closed roads ,was no easy task. He was very professional and friendly. And had a good sense of humor putting up with our crew.
I would highly recommend these guys!

My family came out from Pennsylvania and I needed an airport pickup as well as several days of sightseeing. My friend had used Boyds so I thought I would give them a try. I was beyond thrilled. The owner Dennis was extremely helpful and very patient as I kept changing the times around. He was very professional and kind. Jerome was our Driver and couldn't have been more fun and very knowledgeable about the sites of LA. The Limo was beautiful and very clean. They were on time and always efficient. Dennis the owner really personalizes his service and makes you feel very well taken care of. So glad I found Boyds!!!!
